We know you might have some questions about our hot tub hire experience prior to booking. That’s why we’ve answered some of our most frequently asked questions below.

Will you deliver to my house?

Yes. Our team will deliver and install the hot tub to your home in . Once your hire has ended, they will also come to collect the hot tub at an agreed time.

Do you fully set up the hot tub?

Yes. Our team will arrive and set up the hot tub ready for your hire. 

Our experienced staff will show you how to fill and empty the hot tub, and how to ensure that the water is clean and at the correct temperature. 

They will also show you all of the controls and how to use the hot tub properly before leaving. 

What does the price include?

The price you pay for a standard hot tub hire covers the following:

• Hot tub

• Delivery

• Setup (including hose pipes, tap connectors, weatherproof extension leads etc)

• Collection

What extras do you offer?

Our range of optional add-ons include:

• Premium gazebo

• Fairy lights

• Hot tub toys & inflatables

Do you offer hot tub hire packages?

Yes! We offer a wide range of packages to suit every occasion such as:

Do I have to have a large garden/outdoor space?

No, you don’t need a large space. The area we need is around 2m x 2m sq - and the ground can be either grass, astroturf, decking or patio. 

How do you fill a hot tub?

If you have an outdoor tap our team will use this as a first option, if you don’t we can utilise the closest indoor tap. It doesn’t matter whether you fill the hot tub with cold or hot water.  

How long does a hot tub take to heat up?

The time it takes to heat up a hot tub depends on a few factors such as the size, whether hot or cold water was used to fill it up and the weather outside, however, the hot tub will typically be ready for use within 8-12 hours of filling it up.

How do I know that the water is clean in my hot tub?

We will ensure that when we install the hot tub, you are given a water testing kit. Our experienced team will show you how to use the testing kit. 

You should then use this throughout the period of your hire at regular intervals. 

Ideally, this should be done 30 minutes before getting in the hot tub each day to allow any chemicals you add to properly circulate round the hot tub.

Why is there a 3 night minimum hire on hot tubs?

We have a minimum of 3 night hire due to the length of time it takes to heat the water to the recommended temperature - this can sometimes take up to 12 hours. Please bear this in mind when planning your event. 

How many people can fit in the hot tub?

We offer a range of hot tubs - most can seat up to 6 adults, but please get in touch if you require a larger hot tub.
